Note: I have performed technical and policy research for the entire American Intelligence Community, Law Enforcement Agencies, DoD Special Forces, and industrial and commercial companies.

As Chief Research Scientist at Burrill Research Laboratory, my application of knowledge, skills & abilities applied to creating and/or utilizing innovative solutions from (and for) the global research community, government and private industry has benefited those entities immensely with creative, critical thinking applied to problem definition, simplification to achieve rapid, effective researched resolution(s). I do this by identifying, acquiring, and combining of hard-to-find and often very scarce resources; which I achieve by effective communication with numerous sources. I majored in Business Administration at Prince Georges County (MD) & Montgomery County (MD) Community Colleges, Open University & University of Maryland. I have over 45 years of experience in conducting and managing R&D projects, application, and training; collaborating with multi-disciplinary government and commercial teams, and delivering rapid, exceptional, cost-effective solutions. I was a Senior Instructor to the Intelligence Community & DoD's Operations Investigative Services: training over 2000 Special Agents in advanced technology, design, application and operational analysis. I am long experienced in research methods, data acquisition & analysis, R&D micro-project prototyping, fundamental & advanced instruction design, and provision at all levels: K - Ph.D. I designed, implemented & managed the FBI’s National Security Secure Digital Imagery Laboratory at the Engineering Research Facility (Quantico, VA) and at the FBI’s HQ Strategic Information Operations Center at the FBI’s HQ (DC). An Unclassified extended resume upon request. A NS Classified resume upon provision of TS/SCI/SAP clearance(s) by your agency IS required.
