My application of extensive knowledge, skill & abilities to creating innovative solutions for the global research community, government and private industry is long respected and valued by both private industry and the UAS’s Intelligence Community. I apply creative, critical thinking to research issue definition and simplification for rapid resolution. I rapidly identify, acquire and combine scarce resources which is achieved by effective communication with multiple sources in industry and government. I have over 45 years of experience in conducting and managing R&D projects, application and instruction, including hands-on training, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, and delivering rapid, superior, cost-effective solutions. I have been a Senior Instructor to the Intelligence Community & DoD's Investigative Services and Special Operations. I have trained over 1000 Special Agents in advanced technology, design, application and operational analysis using state-of-art equipments and computers. I am long experienced in research issue architecture, data acquisition & analysis, R&D micro-project prototyping, fundamental & advanced instruction design & provision at all levels: K - Ph.D.  I designed, implemented & managed the FBI’s NS-Secure Digital Imagery Laboratory at the Engineering Research Facility and the FBI’s HQ Strategic Information Operations Center secure digital imagery aqusition computers and secure teleconferencing. NS-classified background and experience upon formal written request and your agency’s BI and resultant provision of TS/SCI/SAP level clearance.
